Selena Gomez is definitely growing up. I think in the few years since she starred in "Wizards Of Waverly Place" she has come leaps and bounds. I don't think she'll succumb to the typical route that normally befalls Disney Channel stars, you know being pigeon-holed as a kiddie pop star with no real adult quality.
