Sure, he may have won the US Open in record-breaking fashion, but Rory McIlroy wasn’t the only star at Congressional Country Club this weekend.

While giving an interview with ESPN after his first round, the golf phenom was upstaged by a red-haired teenager standing behind him.

The kid exercised some amazing facial muscles, securing a spot on the list of viral sports sensations, alongside Cigar Guy and Creepy Cricket Fan.

McIlroy clearly wasn’t distracted, though. The 22-year-old went on to pound the field by eight strokes en route to winning his first career major.
