As Justin Bieber, one of the most famous people on the planet struggles to find his way through the mayhem of screaming girls, pestulent paparazzi and those looking to make a quick buck off the billionaire kid, the truth can get lost.

Despite all the bed press Justin gets he manages to get the same if not more good press in return. Recently Justin was spotted handing a wad of cash out his car window to a homeless woman and he has recently completed his 200th Wish for the Make a Wish Foundation.
