Ed Sheeran Meets a Make-a-Wish Girl and Sings to Her as She Dies [VIDEO]

This one will break your heart. Everyone's favorite ginger Ed Sheeran made an epic phone call to Irelandto a girl who's last wish on the planet was to meet Ed.

Triona Priestley, a 15-year-old girl battling cystic fibrosis, died in Dublin on Tuesday.

It was Triona's  dying wish to make contact with the singer and it was granted after family and friends started a #SongForTri campaign on Twitter that got Sheeran’s interest.

Sheeran phoned Triona in the hospital and sang her favorite song, “Little Bird” as she listened. It was the last thing she ever heard.

Tri's brother said:

“Triona slipped into a sleep as Ed was singing to her and passed away shortly afterwards.” -reported the Independent
