Texas Tech Ranks Among The Top 25 Most Dangerous College Campuses
According to a study conducted by DegreeChoices.com, Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas ranks in the top 25 most dangerous college campuses. The study analyzed data from the U.S. Department of Education and considered rape cases, violent crimes, robbery, and aggravated assault statistics between 2019 and 2021 to put together a ranked list of the most dangerous campuses in the United States.
Data collected from 2019-2021 ranks Texas Tech at number 16 on the list of most dangerous campuses in the U.S. Texas State University ranked just below Texas Tech, at number 15. Texas A&M University, College Station ranked at a shocking number 9 on the list.
The most dangerous college campuses revealed in the study were the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, followed by Ohio State University and UC Berkeley.
