Independence Day weekend is coming up fast, and patriotism will be on full display. When it comes to love of country, most would probably say the State of Texas ranks among the most patriotic in the nation. Is that the case, though?

According to WalletHub, not only is Texas not one of the most patriotic states in the nation, we don't even come close to the top.

WalletHub ranks Texas the 46th most patriotic state, which means Texas isn't very patriotic. The site says they measured patriotism on 13 different indicators, including active duty military, which Texas ranked 4th, and percentage of voters in the 2016 election, which Texas did very poorly at.

The most patriotic state according to WalletHub? New Hampshire. The least? New Jersey. Check out the full list on WalletHub's website.
