Is Justin Bieber Baby’s Daddy?

If it is one thing that Justin Bieber does not need it is Baby Mamma Drama. With all the drug allegations and driving drama, Bieber has been accused of fathering a child with a fan back in 2010. But much like his "I was framed" defense in the spitting and driving dangerously cases, his legal team denies the charges.

Star (via Gossip Cop) reports that a woman, 25, had a one-night stand with The Biebs and became pregnant with his offspring in February of 2010. That means he was 15  at the time so she wasn't just robbing the cradle; she was committing statutory rape.

The unnamed accuser says she met the teen at TGI Fridays in Miami's South Beach after a concert. He invited her back to his hotel room and then he put a baby in her. She discovered she was el pregnant when she returned home to Europe, giving birth in October of 2010. TGI Fridays? Really?

A source said that the woman "gave birth to a baby girl later that year, and Justin didn't know anything about it." The cradle robber decided to keep quiet since "she just wanted to protect her baby. She wanted to keep her and her family away from any spotlight." She also claimed she knew, without a shadow of a doubt, that Bieber was the father. DNA test, anyone?

The Sun also published a picture of texts sent between the two, with the Bieber asking her to keep the fling their "little secret." Tiger Woodsesqe don't you think?

Of course a  rep for Bieber said that the report is false.

This is the second time a woman has claimed Bieber impregnated her. In late 2011, Mariah Yeater, 20, also accused him of fathering her son, an accusation that was quickly shut down, but not before it spread through the press like wildfire.
