Oh your good friend Ronald McDonald wants to make sure that your wiggling and jiggling in that swimsuit this summer as they offer up a new item. Introducing the super-ginormic, your gonna lose a foot "Mega Potato" sized fries. It's an order of fries that's about twice the size of the standard large fries. You get more than three-quarters of a pound of French fries. And it checks in at 1,142 calories (Without ketchup or sauce).

Hopefully we will not see this in the US anytime soon. Ever since the documentary "Super-Size Me" debuted and showed the dangers of the McDonald's menu, the company has been pushing all the good stuff to their huge Japanese market.

Now if you've ever ordered a 40-piece McNuggets and eaten them all yourself, then yes, you've eaten a menu item that's higher in calories. There are 1,880 calories in 40 McNuggets. There's also a Big Breakfast combo that comes in at 1,150 calories. The fries are selling for approximately $5.
