Here is a Video of the Worst Person in the World [VIDEO]

Most of us here in Texas would help our fellow man right? apparently that is a view not shared by everyone worldwide. Police in Stockholm, Sweden are on the lookout for the worst person in the world after a surveillance camera in a subway station showed him robbing an unconscious drunk guy who'd fallen onto the tracks.

And he didn't just rob him. He left him there, then a train ran him over. The drunk guy somehow survived it, but had to have his left foot amputated.

You can see the footage on YouTube. It's from far away, so it's not graphic. But they've got pictures of the robber, so hopefully they'll find him eventually.
