Looks like another great weekend for movie premieres. Stephenie Meyer, author of the "Twilight" series novel "The Host" comes to life and a start studded cast led by "Channing Tatum" and "The Rock" give us the second installment to the "G.I. Joe" franchise and Tyler Perry has a "Temptation" for you. Lets check out some trailers.


"G.I. Joe: Retaliation" (PG-13)

In the sequel to "G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra", most of Channing Tatum's team is wiped out after the enemy infiltrates the White House and impersonates the president. So the survivors turn to the one man they can trust the guy who created their unit. Bruce Willis joins the cast as the ORIGINAL Joe, General Joe Colton. Some of the other new faces in this one are The Rock as Roadblock, RZA as Blind Master, and Adrianne Palicki as Lady Jaye.


"The Host" (PG-13)
This movie is based on a book by "Twilight" author Stephenie Meyer, about an alien race that's invaded and taken over the bodies of nearly everyone on Earth.

Saoirse Ronan plays a girl who fights back, even after an alien takes over her broken body. And as they fight for control of her mind, the power of her love for a guy in the human resistance eventually sways the body snatcher over to our side.

The movie also stars William Hurt as the leader of the human rebels, and Diane Kruger from the "National Treasure" movies as an alien who tracks down humans to insert other alien souls into their bodies.


"Tyler Perry's Temptation" (PG-13)

The latest movie Tyler Perry stars the cocolicious Jurnee Smollett-Bell as a married woman who has an affair with a handsome billionaire. Kim Kardashian, Brandy, and Vanessa Williams are also in it.
