Covenant Health’s LifeStyle Centre is Turning 30; New Members Receive Benefits

Covenant Health is celebrating the 30th anniversary of their LifeStyle Centre for the month of January, 2022, and new members are being offered incentives for signing up.

LifeStyle Centre Director Tommy Parrish said:

The LifeStyle Centre is one of Lubbock’s finest facilities for health and wellness. We not only want to see new members join us for this 30th anniversary celebration, but we want them to create new healthy habits and encourage them to make long lasting positive lifestyle choices.

Covenant Health's LifeStyle Centre originally opened in 1984, but it moved from Covenant Medical Center to the top of the east parking garage in 1992.

Here are the incentives for new members mentioned previously:

• New members will have no enrollment fee if they sign up in January, February or March
• The first month will be free if you sign up in January
• Any member who signs up in 2022 will get their 6th month of membership free, as long as they visit the LifeStyle Centre twice a week their first 5 months.

The LifeStyle Centre will also be returning to hours they observed before COVID-19. This means the Center will be open 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
