Clovis High School Student Arrested for Making Threats Against the School
A Clovis High School student was arrested Thursday (April 5) after the student made threats against the school on social media.
According to NewsChannel 10, Thursday around 11:15 a.m., Clovis police received a report of a threat against Clovis High School. Police officers went to the caller’s home with an image on Snapchat of a person holding a rifle. The caption said, "Don’t go to school tmrw" and "F*** CHS I'm going out with a bang."
Police issued an arrest warrant for the unidentified 17-year-old student, and arrested the suspect without incident.
