Cheese Artist to Carve a “Red Ranger” at Sam’s Club?

It's always good to double-check your info BEFORE you send out a press release. Especially when it includes a school's mascot. A nationally known mascot too. which is why I want you to read this press release I just received in my email.

"Kaufmann will carve Lubbock area Texas Tech Red Ranger and other popular Lubbock symbols into a 500 pound mammoth cheddar wheel at the new Sam’s Club in Lubbock this week."

That's right, the Red Ranger. I'm sure whatever school that's for will appreciate it. But if she's coming to Lubbock, she might want to try the Red Raider. Just a thought.
