In an interesting brain study scientists have found that sometimes just thinking about something can actually, partially, make it come true. And that includes exercising.

It's a weird study with a lot of scientific stuff that's hard to follow. Essentially the study shows that even just thinking about a physical action triggers the same neurons in your brain as actually doing it. Therefore, thinking about it enough can actually increase your motor skills for that action. Watch this and maybe the scientists can explain it better.
