Yes it's back again for the fourth year kiddos. The "Big Kisses" contest. Here is the deal: On Valentines day I will hit the streets of the 806 with a KISS truck full of goodies from some of my favorite places in the hub and I will deliver in person to some very deserving ladies a Valentine they will not forget.
