Lubbock is getting a Fun Noodle Bar next to Hobby Lobby at 6816 Slide Road, Suite 8.

They're expected to open sometime soon according to their Facebook page and Lubbock in the Loop.

They shared some exciting pictures of their handcrafted noodles, and it’s clear that we have not really experienced what a noodle can be until we enjoy the amazing handcrafted art of Fun Noodle Bar.

Apparently, their noodles promise to bring some serious artisan-style fun to our Lubbock table very soon. Sounds pretty cool.

We were able to track down other Fun Noodle Bars in Odessa, Albuquerque, and El Paso. While there’s no central website, we spoke with the Albuquerque restaurant and were told it was a partnership that launched in Texas. He said all the menus would be fairly similar.

We found this fun video that helps us understand just what kind of big fun noodles can be.

Here's what they shared on their Facebook page:

Handmade noodle takes time Lanzhou beef noodle: what LANZHOU is famous for! The skills of each person in this long production chain is incredible and will blow you away, from kneading the dough, pulling the noodles, filling the bowl with a specialty radish beef broth, some homemade chili oil, fatty beef chunks and green onion and cilantro, after you take your first bite, you’re going to question every other bowl of noodles you’ve ever eaten!

So now we know we have to find out what it's all about. We look forward to Fun Noodle Bar opening soon here in Lubbock.
