Bad Drivers of Lubbock 2 – I didn’t see you there

In this installment of Bad Drivers of Lubbock, she obviously didn't see me coming.

I was heading north-bound on University when around 42nd street this woman in a mini-van tries to merge into traffic like it is a highway, not a city street.

I was under no obligation to get over a lane since it is a city street and not a highway and she was supposed to yield right of way to me. In addition, I was going to be making the very next left turn.

If you notice, she almost doesn't realize that I am there.

Two pieces of advice to those who drive in Lubbock:

1. Get a dashcam - it could save you a lot of hassle if you are in an accident or see one.

2. Please pay attention and put the cell phone down!
