I put them both to the test during my recent visit. It was hard to choose a favorite, but I have to go with the queso blanco. There's just so much flavor and heat in it, and it pairs perfectly with the blue corn chips.

If you want to make your Queso Day extra fancy, I tried their barbacoa brisket nachos for the first time and they were a big hit. They're now on my list of favorite nachos in Lubbock.
