A Scissor-Wielding Intruder was Caught Outside Miley Cyrus’ Home [VIDEO]

Alright now there are those that absolutely love and those that absolutely hate Miley's new haircut. Apparently one person that hates it could not stand it any more and broke on to her property over the weekend carrying what? That's right a pair a siccors!

A 40-year-old man armed with a pair of scissors was arrested trying to get into Miley Cyrus' Los Angeles home early Saturday morning.Jason Luis Rivera jumped a fence with a big heart hanging around his neck.  Someone called 911 but it wasn't Miley, because she wasn't even home.  Rivera was booked for trespassing and burglary.

It's not clear if Rivera wanted to use the scissors on Miley. They were small and not very menacing.  It appears that he just happened to have them in his back pocket. He probably used them to make the gigantic heart hanging from around his neck.
