Okay this may seem to be extremely inappropriate but I see it as a great way to raise awareness. The Parkinson Society in Holland decided to remind people of what a devastating disease it is by releasing a "Harlem Shake Video". The chairman is a guy named Erik Roos, who unfortunately has Parkinson's. Eric decided to skip his medication for a day so his symptoms would be at their extreme. So the video shows him struggling just to stay on his feet while Baauer's song is playing in the background.

Then at the point where "Harlem Shake" videos usually kick into a bunch of people dancing, he falls down instead. And a message pops up on the screen that says, quote, "Shaking. Fun for some. A daily struggle for others." What do you think? I see this as a great way to remind us that are blessed with healthy bodies just how powerful this disease is. Sound off, we want to hear from you.
