15 Year-Old Boy Shot at Central Lubbock Residence by Another Juvenile

A 15 year-old boy was sent to the hospital on Friday, November 19th, after being shot by another juvenile at a Central Lubbock residence.
Lubbock Police responded to the shots fired call at approximately 8:20 p.m. in the 3600 block of 43rd Street. Officers were also notified that the victim, a 15 year-old boy, was taken to Covenant Medical Center with moderate, but non-life-threatening injuries.
An initial investigation revealed three juvenile males were at the residence when one of them, a 14 year-old, pulled a gun and shot the 15 year-old.
The 14 year-old was arrested, charged with aggravated assault, and taken into the Lubbock County Juvenile Justice Center.
An investigation into this incident is ongoing.
