There's no specific location listed on the site, but Lubbock in the Loop has caught rumors that it may be located around 130th & Slide.

I contacted 1000 Degrees in Amarillo to ask about the pending Lubbock location's opening. While they were extraordinarily friendly, since 1000 Degrees is a franchise they didn't have any special information.
