Easter comes early this year. In 2014, Easter fell on April 20. Yet this year, the holiday falls on April 5.

Last year, the family and I were only a week into our new Lubbock residency and decided to attend the fabulous Easter buffet at the Overton. Pricey for sure (at $32 for adults and $12.95 for the kids under 12), but well worth every penny.

From the salads and main course to the array of desserts, the folks at the Overton really know how to do a great buffet. But if you're not looking to go as big, here are some other great options.
