Not many "Belibers" up in the Shy-City. A Chicago high school fundraising campaign to save a popular arts center is motivating students to donate with an interesting incentive. Justin Bieber on the loudspeaker until the students pay up! They'll stop blasting Justin Bieber's "Baby" during passing periods if the students donate their money for the failing arts center.

Evanston Township High School seniors Charlotte Runzel and Jesse Chatz convinced school administrators to let them play Justin's biggest hit over the loudspeakers for one week, or until they'd raised $1,000, whichever came first. It only took three days for the haters to cough up $1000 to stop the Biebs' on the loudspeaker.

The thousand bucks went to help the Boocoo Cultural Center and Cafe, the high school's nonprofit organization hosts music classes, live performances and entertainment events, and offers computer labs and recording space to the Evanston community.
