Nature Is Freaking Scary! Check Out A Bird That Impales Its Prey [VIDEO]

There is a bird, right here in Texas by the way, that eats small animals. While that's not anything interesting or new, what it does to them first is like horror movie scary.

The little bird, known as the Loggerhead Shrike, isn't much bigger than a mouse. But when it catches its prey, since it can't kill with sharp claws or anything, it impales it on barbed wire, or a thorn bush, or a yucca plant, or anything sharp it can find. Waits for it to die, then comes back and eats it while still impaled. That's freaky man!
