Lil Wayne Tells The “Truth”About The Sizzurp [VIDEO]

Lil Wayne is a well known fan of cough syrup cocktails a.k.a. Sizzurp or Purple Drank. And now, he says he did it because he was sick.
Not "sick" as in he actually had a cough but "sick" as in a substance abuse problem. This revelation comes in a bizarre, documentary-style video of Wayne that just surfaced online. Wayne says he first, quote, "picked up the cup" when he heard PIMP C rapping about it and he says it was a part of a "culture" that he emulated. He also said he never did it to be cool. But apparently, Wayne hasn't triumphed over his sickness yet because he appears to be sippin' on Sizzurp in the video. Check it out:
