How about a Little Windsheild Surfing? [VIDEO]

Here is the video of some moron on YouTube car-surfing while he's driving. It starts with him sitting in the driver's seat, speeding down the highway.
Then he climbs through the moonroof, steps out onto the windshield, and stands there for a full minute. His buddy's riding shotgun and filming, so it's not as crazy as if the dude was driving by himself, but still.

How many drinks or lines or puffs does it take for people to do this kind of mindless stuff? Do they just have no respect for life or is the quest for the ultimate ride worth it?
