Gwen Stefani Got Her 6 Year Old Son a Pedicure and Painted His Toes [PICS]

Gwen took Kingston out for a pedicure complete with nail polish.  Metro starts early these days.

Many celebrities have been doing this. Jennifer Lopez has been known to paint her son's toes. Also painting her son's toes is J Crew President and Creative Director, Jenna Lyons. Lyons sent out an ad earlier this week through email that showed her playing with her son and holding his feet. The big hub bub came from her son Beckett's painted toe nails. Check it out below.
