15,000 Fans Show Up to See “One Direction” On the Today Show & The Boys Announce Their 3D Movie [VIDEO]

All my young ladies out there are about to lose their minds. The boys of "One Direction" are on their way to the silver screen and you are going to get them in 3D.

Justin Bieber and Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus and the Jonus Brothers 3D experiences rocked box offices all over the world and "One Direction" will follow suit and give the fans what they want.

There is an interesting wrinkle to this whole thing. The Writer/Director and Star of "Super Size Me", Morgan Spurlock will be the director. If you remeber Morgan made headlines around the world when he went a one month "All McDonalds Diet". Three meals a day for thirty days straight he ate nothing but Mcdonalds and filmed the entire experience.

There's no title yet, but it's supposed to hit theaters next August. The group made the announcement during an appearance on the "Today" show yesterday.  Over 15,000 fans showed up to watch them perform.  Al Roker said it's the biggest crowd ever to show up for a "Today"show concert.
