We've all had horrible experiences trying to return something to a store. Fortunately for this woman her experience with online retailer Zulily is something to be shared, and copied.

Kelly Kinkel ordered a coat before Christmas. When it arrived she noticed that she couldn't keep it because she had dogs and the coat would attract too much hair. So she called them to ask about returning it. This is the response she got. If only more companies could be this generous.
