We all wore a towel as a cape when we were young. Some of us had actual capes, like the ones I've bought my kids. But not every kid has one. One woman is on a mission to change that.

And these aren't capes for all of the regular superheroes. These are tiny superheroes, the most special superheroes among us. The ones that could use a cape the most.
