Congratulations to Colleen Ross —she’s the winner of our Justin Bieber Live in Washington, D.C. contest.

We are flying Colleen and her daughter to Washington, D.C. to see the Justin Bieber concert on August 3, 2013. We're giving them hotel accommodations for the night, and $500 to spend any way they want.
