Back in 2013 the Grand Canyon Stratospheric Balloon Team attached a GoPro camera to a balloon and launched it. The balloon popped and the camera was lost. Until now.
A hiker eventually found the camera this year and it was safely returned to the team. After reviewing the footage they realized that it had climbed to an altitude of around 100,000 feet! This is that long lost footage and its pretty cool.
