It's a video from Norway. Which would explain why I couldn't understand anything they were saying. Anyway its a tow truck driver in Norway hauling a semi-trailer on a snowy mountain road.

Yup, the truck in back starts sliding off the highway and pulls the tow truck with it. Luckily the driver jumped out literally at the last second before he went down with the truck.
