The touring production was created and produced by Tommy Tallarico, a world-renowned video game composer. Video Games Live is an award-winning concert that has been performed over 500 times in 42 different countries, even selling out the Bird's Nest National Olympic Stadium in Beijing.

The concert will celebrate video games and the culture that revolves around them, and it sounds like it's going to be pretty fantastic. We are so lucky to have something that rad come through town.

Video Games Live is an exciting once-in-a-lifetime show to see in Lubbock,” said Wixson. “Tommy Tallarico has taken this show all around the world, and we are very fortunate to perform alongside him right here in the Hub City.”

I will certainly be there, crossing my fingers to hear my favorite songs. I hope to see you and all of your gamer friends there, too. Make sure you hurry and secure your seat. We only have a couple more days until the production.

The show is on Saturday, March 27th, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets start at $33. You can buy them at the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra box office at (806) 762-1688, or online at LubbockSymphony.org.
