Usher Speaks Out on Justin Bieber’s Recent Behavior [VIDEO]

If there is one celebrity that always seems to stay cool, outta the papers for the most part and never has any trouble is Usher. You never see a credible claim against him and I would have no problem with kiddos that look up to him. We all know how important Usher was and is in the life of Justin Bieber right? But here lately it seems Justin is not hearing what his one time role model and mentor has taught him.

Usher was on "Ellen" yesterday and Ellen brought up the obvious topic: Justin Bieber's recent behavior. Usher said, quote,

"I think all of us in some way have humble beginnings that pan out to be incredible and we hope in his transition . . . as friends and family who have helped him be who he is . . . that he'll continue to just mature."

He added, quote,

"It's been done by many, many other celebrities.  They are product of it and some come out bad, and some come out good. I don't look at it as a negative though.  I look at it as a teenager. He is a teenager having to live his life in front of a camera."
