Two separate traffic accidents involving motorcyclists happened Wednesday night in Lubbock.
EverythingLubbock reports the first happened around 7:45 p.m. on U.S. Highway 62/82 and Farm-to-Market Road 789. The Texas Department of Public Safety says a semi-truck was driving behind a motorcycle and rear ended the motorcycle.
The other crash happened just 15 minutes later at 55th Street and Slide Road. The Lubbock Police Department states that accident was between a vehicle and a motorcycle.
Both motorcycle riders were taken to the hospital in critical condition.
