Traffic Light Malfunctions at 82nd and Quaker Ave

A traffic light at 82nd St. and Quaker Ave. in Lubbock malfunctioned Tuesday afternoon (April 14), displaying blinking red signals all four ways.

Lubbock Police were not on the scene as of 4:25 p.m. to assist in directing traffic, leaving drivers to cautiously choose when to go.

As of around 4:45 p.m., the light was functioning normally.
