Ok I did some research, I mean this is the internet and all. The artist is called Vitas and the song is "7th Element". I'm actually digging the beat but I think there's a bit of over stimulation when you combine all the elements together. I love world music and EDM but this reminds of a really interesting rave I attended in the 90's.
