The Always Popular Chop Chop Rice Co. Has Now Opened Their 3rd Lubbock Location

Lubbock's third Chop Chop Rice Co. restaurant is now open at 3311 82nd Street, according to the restaurant's Facebook page.

They serve up delicious Asian food, Hibachi-style. They have a  "Simple, Fresh, Fast" slogan, according to their website.

I've made many stops at their Milwaukee Ave. location, where the drive-thru definitely stays busy. Their style is organized and efficient and our food has always been on-point.

The choices give you an opportunity to build your own meal and select from some terrific options. They offer up spicy wontons, egg rolls and spring roll appetizers, plus soup or side salad.

The main course really layers on the flavor. Their stir fry is fresh and hot and serves your choice of chicken, steak or shrimp over a bed of stir-fried rice. From their menu, here's the wonderful description of everything you get on the chicken stir-fry:

Chicken served on your choice of fried rice, steamed rice, noodles, or cauliflower rice. Served with hibachi zucchini, onions, and mushrooms

Wow, a cauliflower rice option. How great is that?

Now how about some zest, like white cod, pork, orange chicken or orange Sriracha chicken. You can also get it all served up Teriyaki-style with sweet pineapple.

Their salads layer in just as many options, and they can serve up your meal gluten-free.

They are open pretty late for us, too, which is always nice. Find them serving from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Chop Chop's two other great Lubbock locations are 7301 Milwaukee Ave. and 5707 4th Street.
