The All Saints Patriots are TAPPS 2A State Champions
The All Saints Patriots played for the State Championship in 2016 and lost. They returned in 2017 and couldn't get the big one. Then, for the third straight year, in 2018 the All Saints Patriots finished their season with a win beating Conroe Covenant 62-41 for the first State Championship in program history.
The TAPPS 2A State Championship team was led by Seniors Austin Hickle and Luke Stuart who both scored more than 20 in the win. Hickle and Stuart were also named to All Tournament team along with Junior Myles Tipton.
All Saints finished the 2018 season 30-6. The championship victory was the 115th win for the senior class.
This is just the fifth year for the All Saints Patriots to offer boys basketball which makes the 3 State Tournament appearances and this State Title even more impressive.
