Texting While Walking Does Not Work! FAIL [VIDEO]

Let me ask you a question. When you text and walk do you stop what you are doing? Stand still and write your text? I do not and because of that I have tripped a couple of times and even hit my head on a couple of signs. As sad as that is it is nothing compared to this.

I don't know if you remember a couple of years ago when a girl fell into a fountain in a mall while she was texting. Well it has happened again but this time the fountain is a freezing canal in Burmingham, England. The Girl texting? Get this, her name is actually "Laura Safe".
