The McDonald's All American game is the premiere high school all star even that includes skills competitions and an exhibition similar to the NBA all star weekend. The field includes North American seniors that have completed high school and the field is full of the best talent in the country and the highest rated prospects on the board.

The McDonald's All American game has been in existence for more than 40 years and has featured names like LeBron James, Dwight Howard, Magic Johnson, Shaquille O'neal, Kobe Bryant and countless others.

Now, for the first time ever, a Red Raider joins the list.

That's right, Nimari Burnett, a Texas Tech signee has been selected to participate in the festivities.

This will be Texas Tech's first McDonald's All American commitment.

Here is the full 2020 roster for the McDonald's All American game:

If you haven't been paying attention Burnett has been lighting it up during his senior season of high school and is averaging more than 20 points per game while playing against other elite prospects.

After several years of being held in Atlanta, the McDonald's All American game has been moved to Houston and will be played April 1 at the Toyota Center. Leading up to the game there will be three practices, beginning on Sunday, March 29.
