Attention football fans. The long wait for your fix on football is almost near its end. The Texas Tech Red Raider football team will take the field on Friday February 18th for their first official Spring practice.

The Red Raider football team will be the first team in the Big 12 to begin their Spring Practice. Texas Tech was originally set to begin their spring practice on Saturday the 20th, but thanks to the great weather, Coach Tuberville and staff decided to move the practice up a day.

Fans who wish to attend the practices are encouraged to enter on the east side of the stadium. Seating will be available in the stands, but there will be no access to the field.

All Red Raider football practices will be open to the public and be held on the field at Jones AT&T Stadium. There will be a total of 15 practices with the conclusion of spring practices coming on March 26th with the annual Red and Black game at 1.
