Texas Tech Basketball’s Parker Hicks Will Transfer to LCU

Parker Hicks, a Red Raider walk on, has announced he will transfer to LCU to be on a full basketball scholarship in a post to his twitter.com account.

The Sophomore got into 25 career games for Texas Tech. He will go from Texas Tech and stay in Lubbock and be a Chap in 2019 and be a vital part of the Chaps team with coach Duncan and the returning roster.

Best of luck to Parker Hicks who is making a great move for his playing career and turned a walk on opportunity into a full ride and some premium playing time. It's a great story and example for any young guys out there who aren't getting the recruiting action they want. Hard work pays off.
