You already knew that dead prez weren't fans of the educational system and that Kanye doesn't have much school spirit either. Now we get Tech N9ne weighing in on 'Public School' with his new song. The message is clear in this metal-infused new banger: teachers should teach things worth learning and wood shop is for suckers.

The Boombox and Loudwire present the premiere of 'Public School' a track from Tech N9ne's forthcoming 'Therapy Sessions With Ross Robinson.' The song is Tech's meditation on his own miseducation (no Lauryn Hill) and how he found identity and solace in music like rock and hip-hop.

The 11-track 'Therapy' EP finds the underground rap king joining forces with legendary Slipknot and and Korn producer Robinson and heavy metal royalty like Limp Bizkit bassist Wes Borland and Glassjaw's Sammy Siegler. The result is music that's both brutal and brutally honest since the creative process involved impromptu therapy sessions of sorts with Tech and Robinson. “I was always against going to psychiatrists,” says Tech. “I’m usually my own psychiatrist. Music is therapeutic for me.  However, I went to one, and his name was Ross Robinson. We would just talk in the studio. It was super uncomfortable initially. A lot of your raw thoughts are embarrassing. I don’t typically share like that in front of anybody. Ross made me pull those out in front of him. He talked to me in a different way.”
