A lawsuit from the family of a man killed by police has led the Shooting Review Board to find a problem in operating procedures with Lubbock Police and interagency task forces.
A Lubbock man has been sentenced to over 35 years in prison after he was arrested in November of 2019, escaped the Bailey County Jail in August of 2020, and was then recaptured later that same day.
