he incident began yesterday just before 3:45 p.m. when a Lubbock County Constable claims to have witnessed a crime.

3 people were taken into custody following a chase that happened the morning of Friday, August 14th in Lubbock.

A police officer observed a vehicle run a red light at the intersection of Marsha Sharp Freeway and University Avenue. The vehicle then swerved into traffic.
