the author of the Twilight franchise, Stephenie Meyer, has another one of her books getting the movie treatment. And it's about aliens. Basically aliens have taken over the earth and everybody's mind. so no one makes their own choices anymore, we're all run by aliens. Except for one girl who still has a little control.

Sounds cool so far right? Just wait.

She has just enough control of her own mind that she doesn't fight back against the aliens, but she and the mind controlling alien fall in love with different guys.

What? You're turning an end of the world alien story into a teenage angst love story? I guess I'll have to see it before I can really be sure, but here's the first trailer.
