Sean Kingston is Being Sued For Rape! [VIDEO]

TMZ is reporting that the Jamaican Chubby Sean Kingston is being sued for RAPE. Allegedly Sean and his bodyguard gang raped a drunk teen aged girl in a hotel back in 2010.

Here's the skinny:

A 22 year old girl, Carissa Capeloto  is claiming she was forced to have sex with Sean, his bodyguard and a member of Sean's band at a Seattle hotel in July, 2010. All of this after she had smoked some pot and slammed 7-10 shots of straight vodka.

Capeloto is suing all three men claiming  Kingston invited her to his hotel room for a quick meet-and-greet hotel directly following a Justin Bieber concert. when she showed up for the event, there was no Bieber, just Sean Kingston laying NAKED on the bed.

Okay here is the graphic stuff: Capeloto claims Sean's bodyguard picked her up (???) and put her directly on top of  Kingston, and then all three men proceeded to gang rape her while she was "obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent."

A friend of Capelto allegedly entered the rooma little later and rescued her. The police were called and Capeloto was taken to the hospital where she says she was treated for physical injuries consistent with rape.

Kingston does not deny having sex with the girl and he has filed legal docs insisting the sex was 100% consensual.

Capeloto says her life has been ruined. She reports she can barely sleep, has massive mood swings along with  panic attacks. How much is all that worth? She wants $5 mil minimum.

Criminal charges against Kingston were dropped back in 2010 after officials cameto the conclusion that Capeloto wasn't credible enough for a trial.
